Most migrations run two to six weeks end to end. The timeline depends far more on the state of your current data than on the size of your church — a clean export moves quickly, while duplicate profiles and inconsistent giving records take longer to reconcile.
We back it up first, then map, clean, and transfer it. You keep the original export, and nothing is deleted from your current system as part of the move. We show you the mapping before anything is written into Planning Center.
We regularly move churches from Church Community Builder, Breeze, Blackbaud, Ministry Platform, Rock RMS, Elvanto, and spreadsheets. If your system can produce an export, we can almost always work with it.
Both. A migration that nobody knows how to use is not a finished migration. Coaching and training are part of how we work, and we can keep supporting your team after go-live.
