At Threefold Solutions, accessible from https://threefold.solutions, one of our main priorities is the privacy of our visitors. This Privacy Policy document contains the types of information that is collected and recorded by Threefold Solutions and how we use it.
If you have additional questions or require more information about our Privacy Policy, do not hesitate to contact us at info@threefold.solutions.
We are a Data Controller of your information.
Threefold Technology, LLC’s legal basis for collecting and using the personal information described in this Privacy Policy depends on the personal information we collect and the specific context in which we collect it:
Threefold Technology, LLC will retain your personal information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your information to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our policies.

Threefold Solutions follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this as a part of hosting services’ analytics. The information collected by log files includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring and exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users’ movement on the website, and gathering demographic information.
Like any other website, Threefold Solutions uses cookies. These cookies are used to store information including visitors’ preferences and the pages on the website that the visitor accessed or visited. The information is used to optimize the users’ experience by customizing our web page content based on visitors’ browser type and other information.
You can choose to disable cookies through your individual browser options. More detailed information about cookie management with specific web browsers can be found at the browsers’ respective websites.
We use PostHog and Google Analytics to understand how this site is used — which pages people read, which links they follow, and where they get stuck — so we can make it more useful. PostHog acts as our data processor and does not sell the data or use it to advertise to you elsewhere. Google Analytics receives no advertising signals from this site unless you accept cookies.
When you first arrive we ask whether you accept cookies. Until you accept, we measure your visit with almost nothing stored on your device: PostHog counts you using a privacy-preserving code calculated on its own servers from your IP address and browser details, which it discards at the end of each day. If you decline, that stays the arrangement for good. If you accept, we set a first-party cookie so we can recognise you across visits and tell whether an improvement actually helped. Campaign tags are an exception, whichever you choose. If you arrive from an ad or a campaign link, we keep that campaign’s tags in your browser for as long as the tab stays open, so that if you send us the contact form we know which campaign brought you. It reaches us only if you submit the form, and closing the tab clears it.
We also record anonymised replays of site sessions — the pages visited and the clicks and scrolling in between — to see where the site is confusing. Everything you type into a form is masked before the recording leaves your browser, so it never reaches us. Recordings are kept for 30 days and then deleted.
You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site’s cookies and site data in your browser, which brings the choice back on your next visit.
We advertise on Facebook and Instagram, and we use Meta’s pixel to tell whether those ads bring anyone here and whether the visit led anywhere — a consult booked, a resource requested, a form sent. Meta can match that activity to your Facebook or Instagram account, and can use it to show you our ads again elsewhere. No advertising is sold or served on this site.
This is the one thing on the site that does not run until you accept cookies. There is no anonymous version of it: if you decline, or simply haven’t answered, the pixel is never loaded and nothing about your visit reaches Meta. If you accepted and want to undo it, clearing this site’s cookies and site data removes the pixel’s identifier and brings the choice back.
Threefold Solutions’s Privacy Policy does not apply to other advertisers or websites. We advise you to consult the respective privacy policies of any third-party services you reach from this site for more detailed information, including their practices and instructions about how to opt out of certain options.
Another part of our priority is adding protection for children while using the internet. We encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in, and monitor and guide their online activity.
Threefold Solutions does not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If you think that your child provided this kind of information on our website, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately and we will do our best efforts to promptly remove such information from our records.
This Privacy Policy applies only to our online activities and is valid for visitors to our website with regard to the information that they shared and that is collected by Threefold Solutions. This policy is not applicable to any information collected offline or via channels other than this website.
By using our website, you hereby consent to our Privacy Policy and agree to its terms.
