Joe has spent over four decades in pastoral ministry and non-profit work. He spent twenty years in contemporary Christian music, managing the career of Gospel Music Hall of Fame artist Carman and producing thousands of live events — including a 1994 gathering at Texas Stadium that drew more than 71,000 people. He founded The Landing Community Church in Tulsa, where he was senior pastor until 2015, and Cup of Joe, Inc., a nonprofit creating digital messages of hope. He is currently online pastor at Gateway Church in Texas.
