Can you enter anonymous or no-receipt in-kind donations in Planning Center Giving?

The anonymous donor feature (type 'anonymous' in batch) only applies to cash/check, not in-kind. In-kind requires a named donor profile. For known donors who don't want a receipt, enter the in-kind donation and simply skip sending the acknowledgment email.
