Use ONE ongoing Simple Signup as a merch store. Each shirt size = its own Selection Type with capacity for inventory. Use Stripe (via Registrations) for online pre-sales; use Square separately for in-person walk-up sales — there is no native Planning Center↔Square integration. Reconcile via reports.
