What parts of a recurring Calendar event apply to every recurrence vs. a specific date? (Connections and signups)

Answer

Event name, date/time, location, rooms/resources can all be edited per instance. Tags, Church Center settings, Registration URL, Connections, and task lists apply to the whole series. Task lists appear on every instance's Overview tab but are a single series-wide list.
