Why can't parents update their child's grade in Planning Center, and how do we fix incorrect grades at scale?

Answer

Parents can only fill in an empty grade field; once populated, only admins can change it. Fix bad grade data first via List + Bulk Actions, then run Promote Grades. A Church Center setting now allows configuring whether grades are editable.
